Ticket Booking/Cancellation Hours: 00.20 hrs to 23.45 hrs

The user can cancel the confirmed reservation through online using their User Login facility. The refund of fare shall be credited to the account from which booking transaction took place, after deducting the applicable charges. All refund will be processed as per KSSTM Refund Rules

The payment refund rules for cancellation by users are as follows.

1. 80% of actual fare will be refunded if online reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before 10 am of the scheduled date of visit.
2. 50% of actual fare will be refunded if online reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before 10 am of the scheduled date of visit.
3. No refund is applicable for cancellation done less than 24 hours before 10 am of the scheduled date of visit.
4. In case of cancellation by KSSTM, automatic refund of fare after the deduction of transaction charges on confirmed reservations shall be directly credited to the account from which booking transaction took place.
Example for cancellation policy: For a reservation confirmed for Planetarium show (3 pm) on 15.06.2022, for availing 80% refund, the reservation need to be cancelled atleast before 10 am on 13.06.2022. For cancellation from 10 am on 13.06.22 to 10 am on 14.06.22, 50% amount will be refunded. No refund will be given if the tickets are cancelled after 10 am on 14.06.2022.
Reservation Failed Transaction:
If amount getting debited from customer account and ticket not issued, KSSTM will refund the entire Fare and service charges (if any) electronically (as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited. KSSTM offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
